It is the Technology Advisory Committee’s duty to review, evaluate, monitor and provide feedback on technology-related matters, including assisting the board of directors and management in identifying emerging trends in technology that may present strategic opportunities or that can help the company achieve its goals and priorities.

Catherine A. Allen, Chairman

Compensation Committee
Catherine A. Allen is the founding Chief Executive Officer of BITS, a nonprofit, CEO-driven industry consortium whose members are 100 of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Ms. Allen also is the founder of The Santa Fe Group, a strategic consulting firm providing expertise to financial services and other critical infrastructure companies.

Thomas G. Apel

Thomas G. Apel currently serves as president of Intrepid Ideas Inc., a product development, technology evaluation and business strategy consulting firm for financial services and real estate finance companies. He also is a fellow with the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the advanced study program currently focused on business model taxonomy and IT portfolio strategies.

Paul W. Hobby

Executive Committee
Paul W. Hobby is a co-founder of Genesis Park, a Houston-based private equity business specializing in technology and communications investments. In addition to serving as a director of NRG Inc.(NYSE:NRG) , he is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Alpheus Communications, Inc., a Texas metro fiber and data center business.

Stewart Morris, Jr.

Executive Committee
Stewart Morris, Jr. serves as Stewart Information Services Corporation’s (SISCO) Vice Chairman of the Board. He currently serves on the Executive Committee, the Technology Committee, and as Advisor to the CEO on strategy and operations.

Advisory: Matt Morris

Matt Morris serves as the chief executive officer of Stewart Information Services Corporation. As CEO, Morris focuses on enhancing growth and financial performance while preserving Stewart’s culture of integrity and service to customers.
