Make life better for someone truly deserving while making your business better too. That’s what Agency Services’ Community of Sharing® program is all about. Launched in 2011, the program has generated over $87,000 to aid in building houses for wounded veterans.
The program has remained remarkably simple each year. Watch a video and learn about one of the many products and services available to you as a Stewart Trusted Provider and you’ll generate a $20 donation to our new charity partner Homes for Our Troops.
This year’s program will feature four videos over a 16-week period. Each person who works for a Stewart-issuing agency is eligible to participate and watch each of the four videos, making it possible for each viewer to generate $80 for Homes for Our Troops by program’s end. And, because it is a community of sharing, there’s also the opportunity for each viewer to make a personal donation.
Help us reach our goal of $40,000 and watch the video now.
A national non-profit organization founded in 2004, Homes for Our Troops builds specially adapted homes for service members nationwide who have returned home with life-altering injuries post 9/11. The homes they build are specially adapted to each veteran’s needs and provided mortgage-free, which enables the veteran to focus on their recovery and returning to their life’s work of serving others.
Homes for Our Troops has received Charity Navigator’s highest rating of 4 Stars every year since 2008. Charity Watch has awarded HFOT an A rating and included us on its list of Top-Rated Military & Veterans Charities. They have completed 165 specially adapted homes nationwide and currently have 40 Veterans on their active project list. Learn more about our charity partner here.
