*Charges represent typical production costs. If more time/labor is required, additional charges may apply. You will be contacted for approval before any additional charges are incurred. A basic research rate of $60/hour will be applied. Charges will be billed in 15-minute increments.

The Washington Office of the Insurance Commissioner (OIC) has passed new regulations effective March 20, 2009, specifying the services that title companies can provide for free and those that must be provided for a fee. In addition, the OIC requires that title companies collect the fee(s) at the time of service. When your order for customer service is placed, we can discuss any fees that will be charged and method of payment.

Washington State sales tax (8.5%) will be charged in addition to the fees above.
