Stewart Rate
Calculator 2.2 is scheduled to release on Wednesday,
November 15, 2017. As a result, the system will be offline and
unavailable beginning at 9:00 p.m. CST until
approximately 10:00 p.m. that evening.
With this
release, you will notice a change in how Washington state sales tax is
calculated. Currently sales tax on premium and title service fees
are calculated at a flat 9.5% rate. To increase efficiency, we are
removing the 9.5% state-wide sales tax amount and will begin
calculating sales tax based on the provider location (if selected) or
the property location.
In addition, Lender
Express Quote (LEQ) will be fully decommissioned. Any previous
bookmarks or links to LEQ will no longer work. If you have not yet
saved the new link to SRC, please do so now by clicking Stewart Rate
Calculator and creating a bookmark in your browser. This should have no
impact to most users as the microsites and Agent websites have been
updated to point to Stewart Rate Calculator.
