Title Work Turnaround Times

Turnaround time for title work is first and foremost based upon the title deadline set forth in the contract – if provided. In most cases, for residential sale transactions, this is two days from the contract date. (Note: Internally from a production standpoint, we aim for a 24-hour turnaround time in order to take delivery time into consideration.)
