Partnering with the Legal and Conveyancing Professions
Conveyancing professionals in Australia continue to adopt title insurance as a risk management tool, with Stewart Title becoming the title insurer of choice for many Australian conveyancers, settlement agents and lawyers.
Stewart Title prides itself on being a valuable supporter and partner of the conveyancing community. This relationship was on full display recently in Western Australia, where we were honoured by the Australian Institute of Conveyancers WA Division (AICWA) in the naming of its new on-site training suite, the “Stewart Title Education Suite”.
Stewart Title is proudly associated with all of the state divisions of the AIC, including the national Division as well as a number of Law Institutes and Law Societies. We are also working to make interaction with Stewart Title quicker, easier and more effective by partnering with legal and conveyancing software providers throughout Australia, including InfoTrack and Leap, Setts+ and shortly SAI Global’s Conveyancing Manager and Search Manager and CATS software in South Australia.
At Stewart Title, we pride ourselves in becoming involved in the community, providing support, assistance, customer care for not only the conveyancing and legal professions but their clients too. Lawyers and conveyancers partner with Stewart Title because of trust and our unwavering philosophy is that the role of the title insurer should be to underwrite risk, allowing the professionals to do what they do best. Stewart Title Limited does not support programs that reduce or eliminate the professional’s role in the transaction.
It is in this regard that we are proud members of the following associations:
- AIC National Business Partner
- AICWA Education Partner
- AICVIC Education Partner
- AICSA Business Partner
- AICNSW Partner
- AICTAS Education Partner
Stewart Title also sponsors events with local Law Societies including Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia.
It is our commitment to support and service every member of the conveyancing community throughout Australia.
