Kevin comes to Stewart with more than 15 years of experience practicing law as a real estate and bankruptcy attorney. He has a proven track record of success managing attorneys in a law office, and has represented national lenders in real estate interests, including title review, correcting title defects and enforcing and foreclosing security interest.
Prior to joining Stewart’s Commercial Services division, Kevin was a practicing attorney representing clients in litigation involving lender and servicer liability under the Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Unfair Trade Practice Act (UTPA). Most recently, Kevin served as senior associate at Duane Morris, a large Philadelphia law firm, where he is was managing counsel for a large national mortgage servicer. He also has experience with several smaller law firms where he served as managing attorney.
Kevin received a bachelor of science degree in administration of justice from Rutgers University. He also has a juris doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
