Senior Vice President / Commercial Services Manager / Underwriter
A title industry veteran with over 40 years of experience, Terrance is senior vice president, manager and underwriter for our Commercial Services division. He joined Stewart Title Guaranty Company in 1998 after spending 24 years at Commonwealth Land Title and Safeco Title Insurance. Terrance specializes in underwriting commercial title insurance transactions throughout the country. He holds a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
