In 2001, she joined Wells Fargo Bank, and gained a decade’s worth of commercial real estate experience there. As a vice president, asset manager in real estate commercial servicing, Elsa was responsible for handling highly complex pool transactions (a value of $1.8 billion consisting of 975 properties made up of retail shopping centers, office buildings, mixed-used properties, industrial, malls and apartment buildings). She had to work with the various rating agencies, special servicers and other parties involved in the many transactions under her.
