Chacon is new assistant county manager, escrow operations manager for Stewart Title of California - Santa Clara division

SAN DIEGO (Nov. 7, 2007) – Maria A. Chacon has been named assistant county manager and escrow operations manager of the Santa Clara division of Stewart Title of California.

With 17 years experience in the title industry, Chacon most recently served as Santa Clara County manager for Financial Title Co. Her experience includes extensive oversight and management of escrow operations.

“It was important that Stewart Title have someone familiar with managing day-to-day operations in addition to escrow advisory,” said Costanzo. “I knew Maria’s experience, expertise and dedication to her job and career would make her the perfect candidate for the positions of both assistant county manager and escrow operations manager.”

A native Nicaraguan, Chacon’s first language was Spanish. She has been active for several years with the Santa Clara County chapter of NAHREP, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, and has served on the chapter’s board of directors.
