VISALIA, Calif., Aug. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- The Kings/Tulare division of Stewart Title of California, Inc., is working to more effectively utilize existing assets by bringing together two managers with unique strengths to better serve customers and to develop and grow the division.

Escrow manager Cathy Maxwell has been promoted to vice president, assistant county manager over the Kings/Tulare division. She will remain in the Visalia office and will be in charge of day-to-day operations for the division.
