Stewart Title of Cincinnati’s VP Named President of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati
CINCINNATI, OH (Feb. 18, 2011) - Robert Calabrese, commercial division manager of Stewart Title of Cincinnati, has recently been elected president of the Commercial Real Estate Council of Greater Cincinnati (CRECGC).
Comprised of more than 300 commercial brokers, title insurance agents, and affiliated professionals, the Council is a regional trade association dedicated to serving commercial real estate interests throughout the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State region.As president, Calabrese duties will include organize and promote member committees dedicated to the Council’s programs, events, publications and public policy initiatives, and travel nationally on behalf of the Council to promote its mission.
“As president of the Council, I will work to significantly increase our member base, as well as to enhance the benefits afforded to members,” said Calabrese. “Our members are the driving force of our organization, and in expanding the resources and opportunities offered to them, we will further our mission to make the Tri-State commercial real estate community a more conducive environment for business and their employees.”
Calabrese joined Stewart in 2003 and has managed the Stewart Title Commercial Division in Cincinnati since 2005. Since his appointment to division manager, Calabrese has led the division to years of steady growth and has secured Stewart Title of Cincinnati’s position at the pinnacle of commercial title insurance providers. Calabrese manages a diverse customer base, working with lenders, brokers and attorneys from across the U.S on a daily basis, and last year closed more than $300 million in commercial real estate transactions.
