Stewart Title Guaranty Co. adds Bippen as division manager for Tennessee and Arkansas
HOUSTON (May 16, 2007) – Nashville resident and title industry executive Kevin Bippen has joined Stewart Title Guaranty Co. to serve as vice president and Mid-South division manager for the states of Tennessee and Arkansas. He will be based in Nashville, Tenn.
Stewart Title Guaranty Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (Stewart) (NYSE-STC).
Bippen is taking over the responsibilities of former Mid-South division manager Pat Vaden, who now serves as president and chief executive officer of Stewart Transaction Solutions and PropertyInfo Corp., both of which are Stewart subsidiaries. Bippen also will serve as chairman of the board of Stewart Title of Tennessee and Stewart Title of Arkansas and on the board of directors of Arkansas Title Insurance Co., a Stewart underwriter.

Bippen began his title career in 1975 in Phoenix, Ariz., working up to several high-level management positions on the local and regional levels in California, Nevada and the Gulf states. He left the title industry for a few years, returning to Arizona and later to Nashville, where he was state agency manager with LandAmerica.
A native of St. Louis, Bippen attended Washington University and has done graduate work through an executive management program in cooperation with Harvard University.
