Merger Strengthens Underwriting Abilities and Increases Operational Efficiencies
HOUSTON (July 1, 2010) – Stewart Title Guaranty Company (STG), a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC), announced today the merger of Arkansas Title Insurance Company (ARTICO), National Land Title Insurance Company (NLTIC), and Stewart Title Insurance Company of Oregon (STICO) with Stewart Title Guaranty Company.
