Stewart Title’s Chief Economist Presents Real Estate and Economic Forecasts for 2015 to Osceola County Real Estate Professionals

Educational event also helps to prepare real estate market for upcoming TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule

HOUSTON (July 6, 2015) Stewart Title’s Chief Economist Dr. Ted C. Jones will speak to a group of Kissimmee Florida REALTORS® delivering a lunch and learn presentation, “No Place But Up: Interest Rates, Rents, Prices, Real Estate and the Economy.” Dr. Jones will address key issues as they affect the real estate industry and whether or not the current economy and real estate market represents the new “normal.”

After the “No Place But Up” session, Stewart Title will be offering a three-hour CE session on the upcoming TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure (TRID) rule featuring Branden Strickland, branch operations manager and attorney at Stewart Title. The course will serve as a guide to understanding the proposed changes to the closing statement. Strickland will also provide background of the proposed mortgage disclosure rule, and discuss the effects of the rule on closing disclosures and the closing process.
