Located in the heart of San Diego’s historic Gaslamp District, the 12-story Hotel Indigo is one of the newest additions to the downtown skyline and is the first Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®)-certified hotel in San Diego. As part of the green efforts, the hotel was constructed with 10% recycled materials and includes energy-efficient lighting and water efficiency. Additionally, this boutique hotel is equipped with a green roof and has a dedicated recycling point person on staff to manage on-site recycling efforts.

Hotel Indigo features art from local artists which reflects the natural environment and a green rooftop herb garden and terrace. On-site restaurant Phi, uses herbs grown from the garden, and the terrace features fire pits and a reflection pool that provides a tranquil place for guests to relax and enjoy breathtaking views.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free, providing clean air for employees and guests. As a pet-friendly hotel, Hotel Indigo, has a resident dog named Sandie and allows pets to stay as well. With approximately 136,000 square feet, with 210 guest rooms and five suites, this chic yet highly efficient property features hardwood floors, plush over-sized bedding and spa-inspired decor in each room. The cool oasis of color, inviting design and rich textures promote a deep sense of rejuvenation as guests rediscover order, balance and bliss.
