Terrazzo floors, marble walls and intricate ceilings are just a few of the many highlights of Beverly Hills City Hall. Yet, after 50 years, the building showed signs of age and was renovated. Everything was carefully cleaned and restored, maintaining its rich architectural details. Also, office space was increased from approximately 49,000 to 67,000 square feet, and brought the building up to code.

The City of Beverly Hills Financing Authority issued a portion of its 2013 Lease Revenue Refunding Bonds, which allowed for the financing and refinancing of many projects, including improvements to the city hall. In addition, Stewart Title assisted the Authority and the City by insuring the City’s leasehold interest under the property lease, enabling the bonds to be sold publicly, which allowed the Authority and the City to obtain extremely low interest rates on the bonds.
