Capital Studios is the first, new affordable community built in downtown Austin in 45 years. Located near 11th Street and San Jacinto Street, Capital Studios provides easy access for residents who work downtown without the need for an automobile.

These economical units are built to high LEED® standards and rent between $400 and $650 a month, including utilities. The community features 24-hour monitored access to the property, and amenities consist of a computer lab, TV lounge, game and fitness area, as well as social services. In addition, there is street-level retail space and an on-site, publicly accessible bike-share kiosk.
