The term “beaux arts” means “fine arts” in French and relates to the late 19th century architectural style that flourished in France between 1885 and 1920. The Baltimore Hotel Monaco, with its 1906 Beaux Arts architecture, exudes prestige, glitz and class. The building was formerly the famous Baltimore and Ohio Railroad headquarters and once buzzed with the comings and goings of the Gilded Age’s power players.

This breathtaking 202-room boutique hotel is perfectly positioned near the stunning Inner Harbor Waterfront, in downtown Baltimore. Its location makes it easy to access all the sights and sounds of the city and is only a short cab ride away from the second largest casino in Maryland.

At first sight, you’re greeted with the immense grandeur and stateliness of the exterior. Upon entering, original Tiffany stained-glass windows, a well-preserved marble staircase and impressive chandeliers await.

The long list of four-star amenities include complimentary morning coffee and tea; hosted evening wine hour in the lobby; newly designed, kid-friendly guest rooms with an Xbox® and bunk beds that sleep up to six guests; a free-to-use yoga mat in every room; approximately 10,000 square feet of meeting space, including a grand ballroom.
