BLVD is the first of seven high-rise buildings constructed at Reston Station. Reston Station is a mixed-use, transit-oriented development in Reston, Virginia, and one of the pre-eminent planned communities in the area. The project, delivered in partnership with Fairfax County, provided an approximately 1.5 million-square-foot underground transit center. 

The roof of that garage acts as the platform for the BLVD apartment building, a hotel and three office buildings, totaling approximately 1.1 million square feet. 

This community revolves around a central plaza that anchors the pedestrian walkway to the Metro station and the retail components of each building. This exciting new hub will be flourishing with entertainment, community activities, and farmers’ markets as well as versatile retail space.
