Your Closing

Buyers

After escorting you into the closing room, we will ask for your two forms of ID. We’ll take a moment to make photocopies of your ID(s) before returning them to you.

You will sign the following documents:

  • Signature affidavit
  • Closing Disclosure
  • First payment letter
  • Escrow account disclosure
  • Note
  • Mortgage/Deed of trust
  • Loan application
  • Loan agreement, if applicable
  • Veterans Affairs documents, if applicable
  • Miscellaneous lender documents
  • W9
  • 4506T
  • Occupancy affidavit
  • Termite inspection, if applicable
  • Survey
  • Closing affidavit 
  • Title company documents

After answering any questions you have about the documents, we’ll verify receipt of your wire transfer.

We will then make copies of these documents and provide you with a set for your records.

We will submit these documents to your lender for funding authorization.

Upon funding authorization, we will disburse the funds and contact all parties.

We will contact all parties when we have funding authorization from the buyer’s lender and when your wire transfer is issued.
