We have received information from the Land Records Office in Baltimore City asking that any recordings received back in the mail with a recording date of July 19 and 20, 2007, be returned immediately to the clerk's office. A number of these documents were not scanned or indexed into the Land Records Optix System. As a result it may not be possible to reference or copy these documents from their system.
