Trustees: Delegation

Trusts and Trustees

Although prohibited from delegating discretionary powers, such as the authority to enter into contracts to sell real estate, trustees would, nonetheless, be empowered to delegate ministerial acts, such as executing a deed. See Morville v. Fowle, 144 Mass. 109, 10 N.E. 766; Boston v. Curley, 276 Mass. 549, 177 N.E. 557.
