Approved Attorney Application

You are invited to apply to be appointed an approved attorney of Stewart Title. Please email your application package to firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to (973) 257-5692. We can only process complete applications that are accompanied by all required documents.
- A completed application form. Any incomplete fields will not lead to an approval.
- A signed agreement which also acts as your certification that the information in the application is accurate.
- A signed authorization permitting us to run our standard background investigation.
- A copy of the declaration page from your Errors & Omissions insurance — minimum $1,000,000.
- Proof of a Stewart Approved Escrow Security Bond.
