They receive credit for each course attended and expand their knowledge while becoming more competitive in their market.

Taught in a live, in-class environment designed to encourage student interaction and discussion, Legal Update Part 1 is a mandatory continuing education course required for real estate license renewal beginning January 1, 2016. The course will focus on subject matter related to current regulations, forms and professional standards for real estate. Topics covered include:
- Texas Real Estate Commission Statute and Rules Update
- Property Management
- Buyers, Landlords, Tenants, and Sellers
- Promulgated Contract and Addendum Forms
- Unauthorized Practice of Law
This one-hour course is designed to combine Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB’s) new industry laws, standards, and expectations with a re-commitment to Consumer Customer Service. The real-estate professional will benefit from this course as they learn how to ensure consumers are well cared for before during and after the listing. Attendees will understand that the Bureau is changing some processes in our industry and realtors will become familiar with these new changes, why they occur, and how to be prepared every step of the way.
