Amy Klein focuses on residential real estate transactions, advising homebuyers and sellers, real estate professionals and developers on a wide range of sophisticated real estate matters. Amy has conducted hundreds of real estate settlements and has extensive experience examining land records and resolving complex title issues. Her transactional experience includes 1031 exchanges, contracts, small business formation, easements and subdivisions.
Amy earned her J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 2011 and her B.A. from Wells College in 1996. She is a member of the American Bar Association®, Maryland Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in Maryland and is pending admission to the District of Columbia Bar.
Prior to attending law school, Amy was an established public health professional, addressing various health issues, including breast cancer, genetics and lupus. Amy earned a Master of Public Health from Boston University in 1998.
