Landon Smith, Senior Vice President, Stewart REO Asset Solutions
Landon Smith, Senior Vice President, is responsible for the executive management of Stewart Lender Services REO Asset Solutions; the title and settlement solutions for REO and Short Sale transaction management for lenders, servicers and investors. Landon is charged with strategic oversight and development of operations and sales for the company’s various service centers throughout the United States. He has nearly 20 years experience in the title and settlement services and lender relations industry with a strong emphasis in the default services segment. Most recently he was with Land America Lawyers Title where he was responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. He had also served as Assistant Vice President for LandAmerica’s Southeast Lender Services. Prior to his LandAmerica service, Landon had worked in business development and management positions for several real estate title and default management companies. He attended Georgia Perimeter College for undergraduate studies and is also a licensed title agent.
