Laurie Pyle, Executive Vice President and CIO

Laurie Pyle serves in a dual role for Stewart. Laurie serves as the EVP of Operations for Stewart's Loss Mitigation company, Home Retention Services, Inc. In this role, Laurie oversees all operational aspects of Stewart's Loss Mitigation operations. Additionally Laurie serves as Chief Information Officer for Stewart Lender Services where she is responsible for the overall technology strategy within Stewart's Lender Services offerings. In this role Laurie oversees the eMortgage and eClosing strategy, manages software development, technical infrastructure and client implementation / consulting services and leads the product development efforts for Stewart Lender Services.

She has over 15 years experience managing technology operations, implementation and consulting. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Enterprise Technology for First American's Enterprise Technology Group. Prior to First American, Laurie spent over seven years with RealEC^® Technologies as Senior Vice President of Technology and was a critical factor in the success and growth of RealEC. As a member of the original senior management team, Laurie oversaw product development, solution consulting, quality assurance and technology strategy. Prior to RealEC Technologies, Laurie served as a manager of technology implementations, database administration and database design. She graduated from Methodist University (formerly Methodist College) in Fayetteville, NC with bachelor’s degrees in international business and economics.
