Lisa Robertson, Group Executive of Centralized Title and Closing Operations

Lisa Robertson is Group Executive of Centralized Title and Closing Operations. In this role Ms. Robertson is responsible for managing the operations of our centralized refinance and REO title and closing lines of business. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1988 with CitiMortgage. Following 16 years of service with Citi, Ms. Robertson left her role as Vice President and Director of Operations to join First American Title as Vice President for the National Lenders Division. During the four years she spent at First American, Ms. Robertson significantly contributed to their overall business growth, facilitated process reengineering and achieved greater client satisfaction for the clients she serviced.

Ms. Robertson has a solid reputation in the industry for building top performing teams who support high volume levels with exceptional results in client satisfaction. Her proven track record as a service provider combined with her many years of experience with a national lender, allows Ms. Robertson and her management team to possess a true understanding of our client needs and expectations.
