The Multi-State Agency Services Team

The Multi-State Agency Support Team, or MAST, is a Stewart Title Guaranty Company division formed in 1993. Our purpose is to provide you, our multi-state independent agencies, with access to all of Stewart's resources. Whether it is technology, training, sales and marketing, or national underwriting support, we are here to serve you. A few service levels that distinguish Stewart's MAST division from other national underwriters are:

  • Our MAST team provides you with a single point of contact*, serving you with a network of state underwriting and claims counsels, automation specialists, sales and marketing specialists, and home office personnel — all dedicated to support you on a daily basis
  • We assist you with all title agency and individual producer licensing, and proper compliance solutions according to each state's rules and regulations
  • We coordinate agency contract preparations to underwriting contracts, and access to alternative solutions in states that you may not be licensed to do business
  • MAST provides access to all of Stewart's agency resources, whether it is sales and marketing resources from Stewart Marketing to agency training webinars, we are committed to keeping you ahead of your competition
