Melissa Eastman Senior Vice President, National Business Development, Manager

Eastman has over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry and joined Stewart in 1987. In addition to managing the Stewart National Title Services (NTS) Dallas, Texas office, she has secured international, domestic, multi-state, multi-site, portfolio and single-asset transactions. Under her leadership as manager for the NTS Dallas office, she has earned the distinction of leading one of Stewart's most profitable offices.

She was recognized by Real Estate Forum magazine as one of its 2011 Women of Influence. In 2009, she was a recipient of the Dallas Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, named one of the 25 Women to Watch. Eastman currently serves on the board of directors for Downtown Dallas Inc. and is an active member of the Dallas Regional Chamber serving on the Headquarters Recruitment Committee. She has also held numerous leadership positions for The Real Estate Council and currently serves as Chair of the Education Committee. Eastman is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Stewart has recognized Eastman’s community involvement, including her work as program chair for the Gladney Center for Adoption and chair for the North Central Texas chapter of the Visiting Nurse Association, with The Stewart Community Service Award.
