Norman provides underwriting and closing services for national single-site and multi-site transactions, as well as local underwriting and closing services.
Norman has over 23 years of experience and has attained a high level of expertise in underwriting issues concerning closing billion-dollar, multistate power plant, wind and solar farm purchases and financings; large-scale shopping mall construction financing; and other complex commercial and industrial projects on a local, national and international basis.
Norman has a J.D. from DePaul University, College of Law and was admitted to the Illinois State Bar Association in 1990. She has M.A.and B.A. degrees from the University of Illinois, graduating summa cum laude. Norman also was the co-chair of the Title and Conveyancing Subcommittee of the Real Estate Property Law Committee of the Chicago Bar Association and is a current member of San Francisco Commercial Real Estate for Women.
