New RTF Forms Effective August 2006

• COUNTY DIRECTORS RATIOS to be filled in on the RTF-1 and RTF-1EE forms
• RTF-1 AFFIDAVIT OF CONSIDERATION FOR USE BY SELLER — Now required for every Class 4 Commercial property transfer; Rev 7.14.10
• RTF-1EE AFFIDAVIT OF CONSIDERATION FOR USE BY BUYER — Must be annexed to EVERY DEED for consideration over one million dollars and EVERY commercial property transfer; Rev 12.1.09
• RTF-3 — CLAIM FOR REFUND — Used to apply for return of RTF paid on transactions in contract before July 1, 2006, where the deed is recorded before November 15, 2006
• RTF-4 — FILING OF PROTEST OF FEE ASSESSMENT — Used on transfers of real property incidental to corporate mergers or acquisitions
• Municipal codes required for filing above forms
