I would like to commend Mr. Andrew Treuting for the excellent job he has done on all of my closings with Stewart. I was reflecting to Bonnie Rawlins of all the closing offices I deal with, Andrew and Bonnie's team is the very best. They go so far and above what is necessary. It makes closing with all of them, and especially Andrew, a delight. I know I can depend on him to either get the job done or let me know of any impediments to that end.
Recently, he called me on my cell to inform me of a potential problem in closing while I was out of the office at another closing. Because of his foresight and iniative, I saved a loan from not closing. No one from my company took the time to call me personally. They emailed me and, because I was away from the computer, I did not know of the problem. Andrew saved the day with his call. It is things like this which make him priceless to me.
When I think of closing companies I want to refer business to, I have enough difficulties in the land of Katrina without having someone I can depend on to let me know of an unforeseen problem related to my closings and, due to the efficiency of your team, this puts your group at the top of my list, because it operates as an exceptional team.
Bonnie is a wonderful leader and extremely supportive. Marcelle Morell does an exceptional job of working with everyone in a professional and knowledgeable manner and, of course, Andrew. You are to be commended for having such exceptional people. Before Katrina, they would have been just remarkable, but with the challenges we all have here now, they are "the Dream Team" of a closing group. I will send all business to them I can possibly sway in their direction and I am sending this email to our state director to make my peers aware of their behavior.
My best to them all and I want not only this state management to be aware of what they have, but also the leadership of the entire company to know what a pinnacle they have to aim toward on Maple Street.
