For many entrepreneurs, experience is the best teacher. My previous career as a business owner has taught me all about good sales practices such as the customer is always right, treat others as you would have them treat you – and be real! A great salesperson knows that courtesy and integrity are essential to every transaction. To provide the best customer service possible begin with communication and follow through.

Our business has increased because I listen to the customer, help meet their needs and continue to bring them information to make them great. Reaching customers where they work can be a challenge, as many agents work out of their homes and are always on the move. I have created ways to get their attention by developing events for networking which offer face-to-face time to sell services, let them meet our amazing closers and keep Stewart Title top of mind. A Stewart associate since 2009, I also serve on several professional and community associations and boards in my local area. As an avid golfer, I have enjoyed getting to know our agents on and off the course.
