Jason Nadeau is responsible for leading and developing the comprehensive Stewart national Lender business strategy. Under Jason’s direction, Stewart Lender Services (SLS) will provide lenders a single point of contact, exceptional service and technology to accelerate the loan origination process. Stewart’s eMortgage process will be a key part of SLS’ service offering providing the consumer an enhanced closing experience using Stewart’s eClosing technology, and also offers lenders a paperless eMortgage process, reducing the time and cost to create a loan and sell it into the secondary market.

He most recently served as senior vice president of eLender business for Stewart eMortgage Solutions, a division of PropertyInfo Corporation, a Stewart company. In August 2008, the Stewart eMortgage Solutions division joined the Stewart Lender Services company to further align Stewart lender products and services from origination to post-closing.

Prior to joining Stewart, Jason served as senior vice president of First American’s Enterprise Technology, responsible for working with First American's largest lending customers to define and implement e-commerce solutions. Jason also served as president and chief information officer of RealEC® Technologies, a company he helped found. As president, he was responsible for the company's strategic direction and overall technical strategy. He had previously served as chief operating officer and chief technology officer. Stewart Title Company has equity ownership in RealEC Technologies.

Previous to his tenure at RealEC, Jason served as vice president of technology for Stewart Mortgage Information, now known as Stewart Lender Services. He was responsible for the company’s technical strategy and direction, e-commerce development and management and Internet strategy. He also worked at Norwest Mortgage, where he served as director of technology for ATI Title Co. and senior operations supervisor for RELS (Real Estate Lending Services).

Nadeau graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in business finance with a minor in system analysis and design.
