HOUSTON (Dec. 1, 2005) - Valerie Galanis has joined REIData Inc. as area operations manager, responsible for title plant operations and services for customers in the Chicagoland region.
REIData Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC).
"As part of our title plant services segment, Val will be focused on providing services to our existing markets, as well as supporting new initiatives to grow our title plant support business," said Kevin J. Beach, senior vice president, title plant services for REIData Inc.
Galanis most recently served as agency manager and coordinator of SureClose® and other agent technology support programs for Stewart Title of Illinois. SureClose is Stewart's online transaction management system being used in nearly 1,000 Stewart Title offices and independent agencies across the nation.
A graduate of National-Louis University in Wheaton, Ill., Galanis has nearly 20 years experience in various areas of systems administration and sales systems training, installation and operations for several technology companies and educational institutions in the Chicagoland area.
