HOUSTON (Oct. 26, 2006) – Tim G. Henley and David Shaffer have joined Stewart Lender Services as regional lender representatives.
“Both Tim and David have a solid sales background in vendor management,” said Gary Ort, senior vice president, national and regional lender sales manager for title and settlement, Stewart Lender Services. “They understand the customers’ needs and have the knowledge and expertise to offer viable cost-effective solutions.”
Henley will be responsible for lender assistance and sales in the Midwestern states, including Arkansas, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin. Shaffer will cover the Mountain states and Pacific Northwest, including Alaska, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.
A 20-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry, Henley has professional and executive experience and knowledge of primary and secondary mortgage markets, as well as retail, wholesale and correspondent mortgage origination. He most recently served as area sales manager for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Henley holds a bachelor’s degree from Oakland University.
Shaffer most recently handled sales of collateral valuation products and analytics to the lending industry for First American Real Estate Solutions. His 20 years of exemplary sales and training experience includes positions with Citibank and DataQuick. Shaffer earned his bachelor’s degree from New Mexico Highlands University.
