Protect yourself with Stewart's Master Residential Junior Loan Policy.
The Stewart Master Residential Loan Policy (e-Quik) is a Stewart product designed to provide lenders with a lower cost title insurance product for junior lien mortgage loans. The policy insures the validity and priority of the mortgage lien subject to the Exclusions from Coverage, the exceptions listed in Schedule B and the Conditions and Stipulations listed in the policy.
- A limited coverage junior loan policy (designed as a Master Policy)
- The pre-printed schedules are issued with the American Land Title Association Policy
- The policy forms are used primarily with equity loans on primary residences or secondary residences of the current owner/borrower
- Coverage under the Master Residential Policy is not available for any first lien or refinances of first lien for the primary residences
- Delivery within 24 hours
