HOUSTON (Sept. 26, 2007) – PropertyInfo Corp. has named Jason Nadeau as its senior vice president of eLender business.
In this new position, Nadeau will be responsible for leading and developing the comprehensive Stewart national eLender business strategy utilizing the company’s eMortgage process. This process offers the consumer an enhanced closing experience using Stewart’s eClosing technology, and also offers lenders a paperless eMortgage process, reducing the time and cost to create a loan and sell it into the secondary market.
“After spending the majority of my career in the eBusiness space, I believe Stewart is set to lead on the eMortgage front as a result of its organizational structure and superior technology,” said Nadeau.
“Jason is a well-respected expert in the industry and his coming on board rounds out PropertyInfo’s eMortgage solutions division,” said Pat Vaden, chief executive officer, PropertyInfo Corp.
Nadeau most recently served as senior vice president of First American’s Enterprise Technology, responsible for working with First American's largest lending customers to define and implement e-commerce solutions.
Prior to joining First American, Nadeau served as president and chief information officer of RealEC® Technologies, a company he helped found. As president, he was responsible for the company's strategic direction and overall technical strategy. He had previously served as chief operating officer and chief technology officer. Stewart Title Co. has equity ownership in RealEC Technologies.
Previous to his tenure at RealEC, Nadeau served as vice president of technology for Stewart Mortgage Information, now known as Stewart Lender Services. He was responsible for the company’s technical strategy and direction, e-commerce development and management and Internet strategy. Nadeau also had worked at Norwest Mortgage, where he served as director of technology for ATI Title Co. and senior operations supervisor for RELS (Real Estate Lending Services).
Nadeau graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in business finance with a minor in system analysis and design.
