HOUSTON (Aug. 22, 2005) - Property Profiles, a comprehensive property and ownership report used by residential and commercial real estate professionals, is now available for all 58 California counties via PropertyInfo.com, a Web-based product of REIData Inc.

REIData Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC).

Property Profiles provides a wealth of information useful to understanding a subject property's makeup. Subscribers may easily research properties by address, owner name, legal description or parcel identification number. Property Profiles returns all pertinent property and owner information for any property. Other reports available include Comparable Market Analysis (CMA), Nearby Neighbors, Nearby Schools and Businesses, Demographics, Street Maps, Aerial Images and Parcel maps.

"Property Profiles is an essential tool for real estate professionals to assist buyers and sellers in determining effective sales and purchase prices for specific market areas," said Robert Alcala, senior vice president of REIData market management. "It also allows both residential and commercial real estate agents and brokers to help their customers more efficiently find an appropriate property for a home or business. Property Profiles can accomplish this search based on certain predetermined criteria, such as convenient access to schools or highways."

Subscribers also may target properties with more defined search criteria by using the advanced search, combining search criteria on location, general property characteristics, mortgage date and amount, sale date and amount, land information (value, acreage, square feet), legal information and other miscellaneous characteristics. All search results may be downloaded or printed directly to labels.

REIData has aggressive expansion plans for the remainder of 2005 for its online property information products to include other major population centers across the nation. Its products currently cover California, Texas, Florida, New York and Illinois.
