HOUSTON (Sept. 23, 2002) For the fourth consecutive year, Stewart will participate in the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Conference & Expo, and for the third year as the exclusive program sponsor of the Technology Learning Center (TLC).

The Conference, to be held Nov. 8-11 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, is the largest and most prestigious event in the real estate industry. It annually plays host to more than 20,000 Realtors® and other real estate industry professionals from all 50 states and more than 60 countries.

The TLC provides hands-on training on PC software and a variety of mobile devices for real estate professionals. More than 20 course topics are taught by leading industry instructors, including the newest advances in personal digital assistants (PDAs), digital cameras, Realtor® marketing tools, virtual tour applications, PC basics, Internet usage and much more. Last year's TLC drew an attendance of more than 5,000 Realtors®.

"Stewart sponsors these technology classes because we are committed to the success of our Realtor® customers," said Malcolm S. Morris, chairman and co-CEO, Stewart Information Services Corp. (NYSE-STC). "The TLC offers the kind of training that today's real estate professionals need to be able to provide excellent service to their customers, the home buying and selling public."

Realtors® who attended last year's event were very positive about the courses and their benefit. "The TLC courses are worth the cost of attending the NAR Conference," said Mike Johnston of Keller Williams East Idaho in Pocatello. "So many people need this technology and it was great to take advantage of these courses. I'm encouraging my agents to attend the conference in 2002."

In addition to the TLC, Stewart will be presenting our full array of real estate products and services at the Realtors® Expo. This year, Stewart Realty Services' bundle of Realtor-centric e-marketing and production tools will be spotlighted. Great excitement surrounds SureClose®, our transaction management platform, which helps increase Realtor® productivity by securely connecting all parties to real estate transaction status and information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

"Stewart's technology experts from across the country will serve as instructors and training assistants in the TLC and as product specialists in our booth," said Stewart Morris Jr., president and co-CEO, Stewart Information Services Corp. "We are enthusiastic about sharing our knowledge and expertise with real estate professionals who attend the Conference from around the world."
