HOUSTON, TX (Oct. 6, 2005) - With origination services, post closing services, online transaction management and electronic signings, as well as property information and search capabilities including UCC search and filing, Stewart Mortgage Information (SMI) has a full suite of lender solutions to display at the 92nd Annual Convention & Expo of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), Oct. 23-26 in Orlando.

"The annual MBA convention is a premier event for residential real estate finance professionals, offering outstanding speakers, industry expertise, networking opportunities and vendors showcasing their cutting-edge technology," said Kevin Gugenheim, SMI president and chief operating officer. "This year, Stewart Mortgage Information will spotlight its full array of origination and post closing outsource solutions.

"With discussion on changes in RESPA again coming to the forefront, we also expect interest will be high regarding bundled services solutions, such as SMI's Build Your Own Bundle," he added. "Our bundling solution allows lenders to manage these services from one source - Stewart."

SMI also will highlight the ability of PropertyInfo.com, Stewart's property information Web portal, to provide property information and search capabilities including property profiles, document exchange, flood data and UCC search and filing.

"In addition, we are following up last year's announcement of Stewart's eClosingRoom™, our electronic closing solution integrated with the SureClose® transaction management solution," said Gugenheim. "This year, we will be demonstrating how lenders can use SureClose to provide electronic document access and loan status to their borrowers, real estate agents and brokers, and other partners, 24x7.

"Check at our booth #1016 for posting of the various times throughout the convention when SureClose demonstrations will be held at the booth," he added.
