HOUSTON (April 19, 2007) – Stewart Title of Colorado has expanded its services in the midvalley with the formation of the Roaring Fork division to include its Carbondale and Basalt offices. Chuck Dorn, who has been promoted to president of this group, has more than 30 years of experience in the title industry and has been with Stewart Title in Aspen a total of almost 20 years.
“Carbondale and Basalt are now full-service offices, providing the best customer experience,” said Sandy Capell, president, Stewart Title of Colorado. “The new Roaring Fork division will serve Pitkin, Garfield and Eagle counties for title searches, title production and closings.”
Mary Carmichael Scheurich has rejoined the Stewart team in Carbondale as a vice president and escrow officer. Scheurich has more than 20 years of experience in the title industry and was previously an 18-year employee of Stewart Title in the Roaring Fork Valley. An escrow team of Ann Bickley and Alicia Burns will join Dorn and Scheurich in the Carbondale office, and Shirley Helmer and Drucilla Fillingham will be located in the Basalt office.
In addition, Amanda Head has been promoted to president of Stewart Title of Colorado’s Aspen division. Head has been with Stewart Title for 10 years and will lead a very experienced escrow team consisting of Carolyn Ethridge and Laura Urban.
Steve Vanderhoof will oversee the Aspen, Roaring Fork and Glenwood divisions as the agency services manager.
