Convenient
SureClose unites all parties in the real estate closing transaction (buyer, seller, real estate professional and broker, lender and Stewart Title agent) 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Parties in the real estate transaction can monitor the progress of their transaction and receive automatic notifications that keep you up-to-date on your closing process.

Secure
SureClose allows parties to access their transaction via a password-protected website. When using SureClose you can rest assured that your transaction data will be kept private and safe. SureClose was developed with its data security in mind for all parties in the transaction and is designed to prevent unauthorized users from accessing confidential information.

Simple
SureClose provides access to your transaction from any PC with Internet access. It requires no special software. SureClose has intuitive menus and search capabilities. If you've worked on a Windows®-based PC and browsed the Internet, you'll navigate SureClose with ease.

Efficient
SureClose streamlines the entire contract-to-close process. It helps eliminate time-consuming status tracking and helps parties achieve effective communication and eliminate phone tag.

Debbie Keeland, Executive Vice President/Director of Business Development

Debbie Keeland currently serves as Executive Vice President, overseeing Organizational Development and Residential Business Development. A Stewart associate since 1993, Debbie began her career in the industry in 1986 as an Operations Manager for a builder in Southern California. She is currently serving a three-year term on Stewart's Corporate Diversity Council. Debbie is a member of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), currently serving as the 2009 Communications Chair, and WCR the (Women's Council of REALTORS®), currently serving on the 2009 Executive Board in the position of Treasurer. She also served the WCR as the 2006-2008 Chair of the Communications Committee. Debbie is a member of SABOR, SAYREP (San Antonio Young Real Estate Professionals), The San Antonio Human Resource Management Association and the American Society for Quality.

Kathy Aitken, Builder/Developer Specialist

Kathy Aitken joined our Stewart family in mid 2007 as a Builder/Developer Specialist who will work exclusively with this vital segment of our growing real estate community. Kathy received her B.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Her professional background includes experience with a major home builder in Houston and extensive marketing in the Real Estate industry. Kathy is an active member of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association, working on the Sales & Marketing Council.

Kathy has been actively involved in the community, volunteering for projects such as Habitat for Humanity® and Adopt-a-Family programs during the holidays. Kathy possesses a strong work ethic and believes that attention to detail and follow up are key components of successfully supporting our builder and developer partners. Kathy looks forward to working together with you as we continue to build our growing community.

Victoria Subia-Robles, Business Development

Stewart is pleased to have Victoria Subia-Robles serve in the role of Residential and Commercial Business Development. Victoria joined Stewart in May of 2008 and brings over 25 years of strong and diverse Texas real estate background to our Commercial and Residential teams. Victoria received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in Business from San Antonio College and completed studies at the University of Texas at Austin. She is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker with 28 years of experience, as well as a licensed Texas Mortgage Broker with 23 years of experience. Victoria has also received the esteemed PMN (Performance Management Network) designation and is a 2005 graduate of the Texas Association of REALTORS® Leadership Program.

She is a member of CRS (Certified Residential Specialists), SABOR (San Antonio Board of REALTORS®) and served as the 2008 Chair of the REALTOR® Image Committee. Other long-term memberships include: National Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of REALTORS®, the Texas Association of Mortgage Brokers (in which she served on their board 2006-2008), CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), RCA (REALTORS® Commercial Alliance) and the San Antonio Real Estate Council. She has made many important contributions to our real estate community such as serving in the role of WCR Chapter President in 2006 in which the same year, the chapter was awarded the National Mega Chapter of the Year Award. Victoria is a trusted industry advisor and resource in the San Antonio Real Estate Community.
