The Title Policy Retrieval Department specializes in obtaining duplicate original, certified copies, replacement title policies and/or title policy endorsements. These are title policies that were sent to the lender(s) and were lost, or were never issued by the attorney and/or title company after closing. This is an essential part of a loan package. Without the policy, a loan cannot be sold or securitized in the secondary marketplace.
