Most agency contracts in the East Texas District give agents policy limits of $1,000,000 before having to get approval from Stewart Title Guaranty.

In situations where the property to be insured surpasses your contract limits, approval from STG must be acquired. Please click on the picture below to download the Overlimits Approval Form that applies.

Overlimits Approval Under $5 Million

The following are the approval limits and signatures required for:

Up to $25 Million State, District, and Regional Managers/State and District Counsel Bill Pratt or Fred Schraub
$95 Million Senior Underwriter
$115 Million Senior Underwriter together with one Houston Senior Underwriter (or) Three Senior Underwriters
$145 Million Senior Underwriting Committee (three Senior Underwriters, of which one is a Houston Senior Underwriter)
Over $145 Million Senior Underwriting Committee with Senior Management approval
