Mary Long joined the Stewart Title family in 1987 and currently serves as President of the local affiliate, Stewart Title and Settlement, as well as State Underwriter for Stewart Title Guaranty Company. Her many years of title experience together with prior real estate industry experiences in Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Hazard Loss, as well as Relocation Coordination and REO properties, have allowed her to become a resource for training in the areas of underwriting, examination and settlement procedures.

Ann Miller joined the Stewart Title family in April 2006 after working in the legal community for over 20 years as a Commercial Paralegal specializing in commercial real estate transactions, litigation and corporate organization and formation. She currently processes all of our commercial real estate transactions and is an Administrative Assistant to Mr. Sacks. She has also become a resource for 1031 Tax Exchanges.

Ann dedicates her spare time to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life and volunteers at her daughter's school. Her many talents and dedication to customer service ensure a smooth commercial transaction every time.

Lisa Hasty began her career as a paralegal specializing in real estate settlement and title underwriting, as well as general legal support. With eight years of experience in the law firm, Lisa joined Stewart Title in 1995 as an Escrow Closer. Her dedication to customer service and her attention to details in completing closings accurately lead to her promotion to Branch Manager in January of 1998. As a result of Lisa's knowledge of title issues and settlement procedures she became a resource on the Peninsula for real estate professionals in both the sales and lending arenas. In August of 2006, business development and marketing became the main focus of her efforts and Lisa was again promoted Peninsula Sales Manager.

Rose Ravlin joined the Stewart Title and Settlement family in January, 2009, as a residential marketing/business development representative. Rose brings with her over 10 years of solid experience in residential real estate transactions along with a strong background in mortgage origination and sales.

Rose began her career in a mid sized law firm as a Real Estate Paralegal. In this role she handled residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to settlement statement. In 2002, Rose began originating both residential and commercial transactions for Absolute Mortgage Solutions. Thereafter, Rose served as an Account Executive for a large wholesale lender before relocating from CT to VA. The above has positioned Rose with a vast and complete understanding of the residential real estate transaction process from contract to title to the closing table.
