The discussion will deal with the conditions that create foreclosures, the foreclosure process in light of current developments, and the results of foreclosures with emphasis on the role of the title officer and the Limited Practice Officer. We will also consider deeds in lieu of foreclosure and the various structures of deed in lieu transactions and their effect, along with general discussion of insuring third parties after the initial conveyance.
