Vice President, Commercial Services Manager Martin Gibeau is a testament to the power of talent and drive. Martin first joined Stewart Title in 1991, having shown talent as manager and leasing agent in commercial real estate. Martin’s natural affinity for helping customers resulted in a promotion to residential sales manager, through which he supervised 14 business development officers. Stewart-owned Asset Preservation, Inc. subsequently hired Martin as a multi-state educator and sales associate, before Stewart Title of Denver asked him to return as president.
Martin’s early success within Stewart was a direct reflection of his ability to translate exceptional knowledge of the industry into processes and conversations that put customers at ease. His well-rounded skill set, along with his creative mind, led him to take a hiatus from Stewart in order to pursue other lucrative opportunities such as forming an online commercial real-estate-transaction company, purchasing a real-estate information company, and building several digital marketing platforms, among other successful endeavors.
Martin’s return to Stewart Title was prompted by his realization that his diverse experiences, a track record of success, his affinity for building lasting relationships, and his prior Stewart background were a winning formula for taking his real estate career to the next level. When he’s not going out of his way to deliver a stress-free closing to his customers, he’s spending time with his wife Adela and their three beautiful daughters.
